I served it over rice.
We ate it out of simple bowls with chopsticks.
We downed it with iced green tea.

I love this plant that's both beautiful & edible!
Our version was milder than I would have made it if it was just
Mr Johnson and myself ...
But getting EHJ to eat something spicy, and MGJ to sample something that has fish sauce as a secret ingredient was worth making it with a little less bite.
