Softplay Area

The girlies had Friday off, for Parent/Teacher Interviews (more on this phenomenon here.)

We spent the morning @ a new Soft Play Area (think Chuck E Cheese without pizza, tokens or teen parents).

We joined grandmas who came with their six-and-under grands, toting water bottles and snacks, and watched with great amusement as their little ones fully enjoyed the same areas our girlies liked: the zip cord, ball pit, air cannons, coconut swings and more. Since it's brand new, it's still rather clean. Also, the hefty admission price almost 5 USD each-- with the discount card (yes there is now another card to join the ranks of so many others in my burgeoning wallet) -- makes it too expensive for most locals... only the upper class kiddos are playing here now, which means it's not very crowded.

The girls had a great time, and we were further excited to find a Papa John's pizza in the same mall complex as well as a DQ... the first in QD!
