My big girls were assigned to Argentina. My wee lass was from the Scottish highlands! Such a fun day for everyone!! And great food @ the international buffet. I was sadly assigned to help in the Japan room, where our task was origami (the ancient art of paper folding which actually originated in China... along with paper!) I'm rubbish at paper folding, but by the end of the day I could successfully help the kiddos create a crane with wings that actually flapped!
